Field Audit Specialist

The Role

Quantum Services is seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented Field Audit Specialist to join our Orlando Division. This is an autonomous, individual contributor role focused on data integrity and operational precision. Based in the 34747 area and surrounding territory, you will lead the "front line" of our service by conducting comprehensive inventory audits that our retail partners rely on to run their businesses.

Core Responsibilities

• Precision Auditing: Effectively and accurately count all inventory items (stockrooms, walk-in coolers, sales floors) to ensure 100% data integrity for our clients.

• Technical Reporting: Provide Store Managers with objective, data-driven audit results and insights they can use to improve their business outcomes.

• Operational Autonomy: Manage your own travel and audit schedule across the division with a high level of independence and reliability.

• Professional Representation: Serve as the professional face of Quantum Services, delivering "white glove" service with humility and directness.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle for use during the initial training period.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks including squatting, kneeling, and standing on small ladders.
