Job Title: Retail Inventory Specialist

The Opportunity

Looking for an active, autonomous role with an early start? Quantum Services is hiring a Retail Inventory Specialist for our Ft. Lauderdale division. If you prefer being on the move rather than stuck behind a counter, this position offers independence, daily local travel, and consistent morning hours. You will act as an on-site data auditor for our business partners, ensuring their inventory records are perfectly accurate. Target candidates should reside within a 20-mile radius of Ft. Lauderdale (33028) for efficient morning routing. Complete hands-on training is provided.

Core Responsibilities

Inventory Counting: Utilize a 10-key data entry machine to perform accurate physical counts of retail and convenience store stock.

Discrepancy Resolution: Identify inventory variances on the spot to ensure absolute reporting integrity.

Direct Reporting: Compile and deliver completed financial audit documentation to store managers upon closing out the count.

Client Service: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local retail teams.

Field Travel: Drive to different scheduled client accounts across the greater division daily.

Requirements

Transit: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a dependable personal vehicle for daily commuting.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and comfortably kneel, squat, and work within retail spaces, stockrooms, and commercial walk-in coolers.
