Duties
- Conduct comprehensive physical inventory audits at multiple retail sites, verifying stock levels against system records to identify discrepancies.
- Supervise and train store staff on inventory procedures, merchandising standards, and proper use of POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design tasks related to planograms, signage, and merchandising displays.
- Review schematics, planograms, and interior design layouts to ensure accurate implementation of remodeling or remodeling projects.
- Support store management with merchandising strategies, pricing adjustments, and visual design enhancements to maximize sales potential.
- Perform regular stock checks, inventory control measures, and store management duties including cleaning, stocking, and cash handling to maintain a pristine shopping environment.
- Maintain detailed records of audits, inventory adjustments, training sessions, and compliance reports while ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in retail or store management environments with strong leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design and merchandising purposes.
- Knowledge of schematics, planograms, interior design principles, and remodeling processes.
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, pricing strategies, and merchandising techniques.
- Excellent communication skills paired with organizational skills for effective team training and store coordination.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, retail math concepts, and cash handling procedures.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases and supporting global store networks.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations.
- Administrative experience including record keeping, reporting, and compliance documentation is highly desirable.
