Inventory Team Lead
Pay: $20-$22 (paid biweekly)
Location: Hiring within 30 minutes of Indianola, MS
Travel: Normal everyday travel is upwards of a 3-hour radius (one way) from Saginaw, MI or Flint, MI.
- Perform inventory counts inside gas stations and convenience stores
- Work across the sales floor, stockroom, coolers, and freezers
- Travel to 1-3 different store locations per day; locations vary daily
- Lead a small team in the field; work alongside them during counts
- Ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Start time: typically 6 AM (departures may be as early as 3-4 AM depending on store location)
- Full-time: typically 36-42 hours per week
- Monday–Friday (weekends: None)
- End times vary based on workload (typically 1 PM - 6 PM)
- Daily travel required; total work time (travel + in-store) is typically 36-42 hours per week

- Accurately count inventory using a 10-key device (alongside your team)
- Lead, support, and hold team members accountable in the field
- Train and coach new and existing team members
- Communicate with store managers and represent the company on-site
- Coordinate daily job flow and ensure completion across locations
- Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and service standards across all audits
- Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and reliable transportation required for travel between job sites and participation in team carpooling (you will be required to drive)
- Ability to pass background check and MVR screening
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, and squat
- Physical work includes frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, ladder use, and working in coolers and freezers

- Retail, merchandising, or inventory work
- Supervisory or team lead experience
- Warehouse, stocking, or backroom operations
- Route-based or field-based roles
- Food service or high-volume environments
